Among the wins: More than $1.8 million in capital investment, with 35 new jobs realized in the past 12 months.
“I appreciate all the collaboration in the county this past year,” said Jennifer Serkiz, executive director, CCNEDC, adding she is “encouraged by the amount of activity over the last year and enthusiastic it will only intensify in 2019.”
Pivotal 2018 Cass County accomplishments included more than 110 building permits, resulting in greater than $20 million in new investment ($15 million of which included single family homes).
